"Working with Craig and Judy is a natural. They
understand screenwriters. They also know structure and when to gently coerce a
cut, or bluntly demand the goods if a hole in logic appears. The approach is
human and never condescending. When Judy slashes away it has, almost a hundred
percent of the time, been the best haircut I've ever had. When Craig listens for
the music and a character is off-key, he lets me know it and won't flinch
regardless how invested I am. So, when I finally came away with a "ready"
script, I entered their competition just for the heck of it. Since winning, I've
